These no-bake energy balls are the perfect on-the-go snack for busy school mornings, long days at the office or a quick, filling breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Datehini Vanilla
- 1/2 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup mixed crushed nuts
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1 tbs cocoa
- Extra ingredients to decorate
Directons:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Slowly stir to make everything stick together.
- Squeeze and roll to shape small balls.
- To decorate, roll them over more coconut flakes, nuts or cacao - whatever you prefer!
