Recipe: Datehini Energy Balls

These no-bake energy balls are the perfect on-the-go snack for busy school mornings, long days at the office or a quick, filling breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Datehini Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed crushed nuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tbs cocoa
  • Extra ingredients to decorate

Directons:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Slowly stir to make everything stick together.
  3. Squeeze and roll to shape small balls.
  4. To decorate, roll them over more coconut flakes, nuts or cacao - whatever you prefer!
