Sweet and savory, we all love it with Datehini...
Here is a delicious recipe we created with Datehini, bringing more of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors.
Ingredients:
For the cous cous:
4 oz of cooked cous cous
1 oz of mixed dried fruits (apricots, raisins, papaya, plums etc.)
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh mint
Fresh parsley
Spring onions
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the rest:
1 chicken breast
1 tbsp of oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp of Datehini Original
Instructions:
Mix the cooked cous cous with the rest of the ingredients and serve into a plate
Now cook the chicken breast in a hot pan with some oil and season with salt and black pepper
Cook the red onion slices in the same pan
Serve with the cous cous and drizzle with Datehini Original
